SOUTH WEST LINKSHelp with mental health and wellbeing
1 in 4 people in the UK will experience a mental health problem or crisis each year, and various evidence suggests that LGBT people can experience increased levels of common issues, such as depression, anxiety and stress, sometimes due to the negative impacts of experiences of discrimination and marginalisation. If you are finding it difficult to manage, the best thing is to contact someone for support and talk about it with people who understand.
